These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BuildEasy mobile application (the “App”) provided by BuildEasy (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
The App provides access to tools and data related to your account on our systems, subject to your subscription, license, or agreement with us (if any). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at buildeasyerp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or the App’s underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security or usage limits, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Scrape or automate access in a way that unreasonably burdens the service.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely to provide and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
Business or project data processed through the App remains subject to your agreements with us and your organization’s policies. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights in your underlying business data beyond the license above.
6. Third-party services
The App may integrate third-party services (e.g. push notifications, analytics, hosting). Their use is subject to their terms and our Privacy Policy.
7. Updates
We may distribute updates via app stores and, where applicable, over-the-air updates through Expo/EAS. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance of revised Terms posted here.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDEASY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (SUCH AS GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT).
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in your place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
